Return Policy
If you the customer has already received the product and would like a refund, you would need to return the product back to us within 30 days of its original shipment date. The hair must be in its original condition and it cannot be worn or opened.

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee on our products. If you receive your hair extensions and are not happy with,how they look or feel you may return them to us for your money, back minus the shipping if applicable. Any hair extensions that have been altered, washed or worn in any way. will not qualify to be returned. We honor this for up to 30 days. ****[Orders returned after 30 days will be sent back to the customer]

We do not refund shipping charges.

For altered products (bundles or wigs that are unwrapped / or extensions have been worn) all sales are final.
